Refunds: We regret to inform you that we do not accept refunds for coaching sessions or any missed sessions.
ReschedulingConsultations: You may reschedule your consultation up to 2 days in advance of the scheduled date and time. Rescheduling Coaching Sessions: You may reschedule your coaching session up to 7 days in advance of the scheduled date and time.
Rescheduling Process: To reschedule your appointment, please log into your member portal to cancel your session and reschedule it through the website booking section.
Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made after the specified notice period may not be accommodated, and the original booking will stand.
No-Show Policy: a. Failure to attend a scheduled consultation or coaching session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
b. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
