Meet Tanisha, the founder and health coach at Optithy. She personally deals with Hypothyroidism, and with a Level 6 Diploma in Health Coaching and Nutritional Therapy, is dedicated to helping others with the condition. As your coach, she brings both professional expertise and a personal understanding, for thriving thyroid health and wellness.

Tanisha is a full member of the UK and International Health Coaching Association and has successfully passed and gained certification and accreditation for the following qualifications:
AHG Level 6 Diploma in Health Coaching and Nutritional Therapy
AHG Level 5 Diploma in Integrative Health and Nutrition Coaching (Accredited by UKIHCA)

The 3 month Optimal Hypothyroid Health Program using our Optithrive Framework is for women aged between 21 - 50 with Hypothyroidism that are motivated to improve their thyroid health so they can thrive, energise, rest and transform by coaching them on improving their sleep patterns, dietary habits, stress levels, exercise routines and gut health. It offers a personalised approach to coaching sessions that are designed to propel you towards your weight loss and energy improvement goals.
